During the final moments of the SmackDown Women's Title Match between SmackDown Women's Champion "The Man" Becky Lynch and "The EST Of WWE" Bianca Belair at last night's WWE Extreme Rules PPV, "The Boss" Sasha Banks made her return and cost Belair the match as she was about to finish Becky Lynch off with the KOD by making her way down to the ring and attacking The EST Of WWE. After the match ended via DQ and Banks had a brief stare-down with the SmackDown Women's Champion, The Boss attacked Lynch as well and teased a possible Triple Threat Match between Lynch, Belair and Banks down the road as Banks told Belair and Lynch that she will see them on SmackDown this coming Friday night.
Injured WWE SmackDown Superstar Bayley, who is a former SmackDown Women's Champion and who has been a tag team partner and the rival of Sasha Banks, took to her Twitter and reacted to The Boss making her return at WWE Extreme Rules. Banks also took to her Twitter and confirmed that she would be appearing on SmackDown this coming Friday night. She also commented on her return at Extreme Rules by tweeting, “They asked for the GOAT so I came through.”
