It was previously reported that the RAW Women's Title Matchup between Rhea Ripley and Charlotte Flair at this past Sunday night's WWE Money in the Bank PPV Event saw Charlotte Flair walk out of the match as the brand-new RAW Women's Champion. During the Ripley vs. Charlotte Matchup at last Sunday's Money in the Bank, fans inside the Dickies Arena chanted Becky Lynch's name several times and when the fans chanted “we want Becky!,” Charlotte just completely lost her cool and gave the fans a middle finger.
Charlotte's actions during the match led to the WWE receiving a lot of negative feedback and reaction on social media as well as fans taking shots at WWE, and despite the WWE production team trying their best to black out the screen when Charlotte Flair was giving the fans the middle finger, it was still visible on the live Peacock/WWE Network feed.
Last night's episode of WWE RAW then saw new RAW Women's Champion Charlotte Flair take part in an in-ring Championship Coronation segment, where Charlotte celebrated her Money In the Bank title win over Rhea Ripley. The segment ended with Flair being booked for a RAW Women's Championship rematch against Rhea Ripley on last night’s show, but just like last Sunday's Money in the Bank, the crowd inside the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas chanted for Becky Lynch again.
Charlotte Flair then responded to the fans chanting Becky Lynch's name and said she is at home breast feeding, while Charlotte is there in WWE dominating the entire women’s division. Lynch then responded to Charlotte's comments on last night's episode of RAW and said, “Breastfeeding at home and still the most over woman in the division.”
