Big Title Match And More Made Official For WWE's SummerSlam Premium Live Event

The opening matchup of last night's episode of WWE Monday Night RAW saw WWE RAW Women's Champion "The EST Of WWE" Bianca Belair successfully retain her WWE RAW Women's Championship over Carmella. Shortly following the match, it was made official that WWE RAW Women's Champion Bianca Belair will defend her WWE RAW Women's Title against "Big Time Becks" Becky Lynch at WWE SummerSlam. Prior to the match, Big Time Becks made her way out and cut a promo about how the fans in attendance should call her the “Big Time Becks Express” and said if she is derailed, then she will run over anyone in her path and she'll take them out. Lynch then said that WWE officials informed her that she would be facing the winner of the WWE RAW Women’s Championship Match between Bianca Belair and Carmella.

Belair would then make her way down to the ring and tell Lynch that her journey isn't the Becky Lynch comeback story, but the Bianca Belair comeback story after her loss at the 2021 WWE SummerSlam Event. Belair then said when she beats Carmella, she will kick Lynch back to Ireland. Carmella then attacked Belair prior to their match getting underway, but The EST Of WWE would ultimately still beat Carmella to retain her WWE RAW Women's Title.

Last night's episode of WWE RAW saw Riddle appear as a guest on the KO Show. Riddle thanked Owens for having him on the show before Kevin Owens said he wanted Riddle on his show because he thinks the two of them could be a great tag team together and even called their team "Bro-KO". Kevin Owens then said that the two have had issues in the past, but Riddle could use some backup since Orton isn't there at the moment. Riddle then turned down the offer and tensions began between Riddle and Owens. Seth would then attack Riddle from behind with a curb stomp. Seth "Freakin" Rollins then threw the chairs out of the ring and delivered another curb stomp to Riddle as the crowd booed him. It was then made official that Seth Rollins will face Riddle in a Singles Match at WWE SummerSlam.

The 2022 WWE SummerSlam Premium Live Event will take place on Saturday, July 30 inside Nissan Stadium in Nashville, Tennessee.
