Last July 31st, a number of former WWE Superstars, including Bray Wyatt was released from the company reportedly due to budget cuts. Former WWE writer and Hollywood A-Lister Freddie Prinze Jr. noted that the reason he believes WWE released Bray Wyatt is that Wyatt and the WWE had creative differences and they could not agree on Wyatt's WWE future moving forward.
Shortly after Bray Wyatt was released from the WWE, it was speculated that he will quit pro wrestling altogether and pursue an acting career, but it seems that Wyatt will not divert from wrestling and he will continue competing inside the squared circle.
Bray Wyatt recently took to his Twitter and posted a legendary quote from music icon Eddie Van Halen. There's no word yet on what this mean for Bray Wyatt's future in pro wrestling, but it was speculated that Wyatt could sign with All Elite Wrestling as earlier reports indicated that on the heels of Punk and Bryan signing with AEW a “new major AEW acquisition” will be coming into the company as well, who many believe could be Bray Wyatt.
Due to his 90-day non-compete clause with WWE, Bray Wyatt will only be free to sign with AEW or other professional wrestling promotions when his non-compete clause expires on Friday, October 29, which is just a few days prior to AEW’s Full Gear PPV Event on Saturday, November 6.
