Prior to last night's Friday Night SmackDown episode from the Footprint Center in Phoenix, Arizona, a Dark Match took place between WWE Monday Night RAW Superstar Keith Lee and an enhancement talent with the name of “Awesome” Andy Palafox. This was the second Dark Match of the night and it was said to be a squash match, with Keith Lee working as a heel.
The first Dark Match prior to last night's WWE SmackDown episode saw NXT Superstars Ridge Holland and Austin Theory face each other in Singles action, with Holland picking up the huge win over Theory.
