Top AEW Star and former WWE Star CM Punk recently spoke with Esquire on how no one really gets out of the WWE and how vindictive the WWE is.
CM Punk said:
“Nobody gets out, you know?” “WWE is very petty and they’re very vindictive.”
CM Punk also talked about how he does not want to focus 100% of his energy on only one thing if it is not his wife or his dog as just like what happened to him in the past, when he focused all his energy in pro wrestling he got burned out and he will expire.
CM Punk said:
“I don’t want to focus 100 percent of my energy on any one thing.” “If it’s not my wife and my dog, because what I’ve learned is you will burn the f*ck out.” “If I focus on any one thing as crazy as I focused on wrestling before, I’ll f*cking expire.”
CM Punk also talked about topics such as WWE Dr. Christopher Amann’s defamation suit against him, his friendship with Colt Cabana and the fallout Punk had with his brother Mike. CM Punk is set to take on MJF in a Dog Collar Match at this coming Sunday's AEW Revolution Event.
