WWE Announces Two New Matches For WrestleMania 38

Last Friday night's episode of SmackDown saw Naomi cut a short in-ring promo and make an announcement that she and Sasha Banks will be the next WWE Women's Tag Team Champions, making their intentions 100 percent clear that they want the WWE Women's Tag Team Titles. Last night’s RAW saw Carmella and Queen Zelina take part in a backstage segment, where they accepted the WWE Women's Tag Team Title challenge issued by Sasha Banks and Naomi for WrestleMania 38.

The main event segment of last night's episode of WWE RAW then saw WWE Hall of Famer Edge address the Open Challenge he issued for WrestleMania 38 on last week's show. AJ Styles then made his way out and accepted Edge's challenge. Edge then said that he and AJ have both waited for this match, as have the WWE Universe, but he wants the bulldog version of AJ Styles, not the “tag team b---h” version the WWE fans has seen over the last year or so. Edge's comments would then lead to a brawl between the two.

Edge got the advantage on AJ Styles, when he laid him out with a kick below the belt. He then snapped and brought two steel chairs in the ring and left AJ Styles laying with two Con-Chair-To chair shots. RAW then went off the air with The Rated R Superstar standing over a dazed and disoriented AJ Styles.

WWE WrestleMania 38 is set to take place on Saturday, April 2 and Sunday, April 3 inside AT&T Stadium in Dallas, Texas.
