Ethan Page debuted at this past Sunday, March 7, 2021 AEW Revolution 2021 pay-per-view event where he was the a surprise debut entrant in the Ladder Match which was later won by Scorpio Sky.
When asked how he felt about his debut to AEW in the ladder match, Page responded, "Did you see the match? How do you THINK I feel?" An angry Page continued on, "Have you ever fallen off a ladder? Have you ever had to deal with FIVE other men in your debut match?"
Page then turned to look directly into the camera as he addressed the world, "I get it. This opportunity is once in a lifetime! This company is the best professional wrestling company in the WORLD! But All Ego Ethan Page DEMANDS the spotlight!" He later states it's absurd to share the ring with five other men in his debut, and he's pissed off! Page goes on to demand a one on one match and states it will then shine the spotlight perfectly on "All Ego" Ethan Page.
Just after his debut during the ladder match at AEW Revolution 2021, and AEW-newcomer Ethan Page is already making requests (or "demands" rather) for AEW President and General Manager Tony Khan to set up matches for him.
Well apparently, Tony Khan likes Page's style, as Khan has granted the request for "All Ego" Ethan Page's match, and tomorrow's AEW Dynamite card has now added Ethan Page vs. Lee Johnson. This will be Page's debut match on AEW Dynamite.
