Earlier this week, AEW's Thunder Rosa spoke to Sports Illustrated and indicated that she was hoping to secure a new dual contract that would see her be able to work both AEW and CMLL shows, following in the footsteps of Hechicero, Persephone, Mascara Dorada, Mistico and Claudio Castagnoli as talent who have such deals in place.
It appears that her hope will turn into reality soon enough.
Fightful Select reports that the "working plan" is for Thunder Rosa to be offered the dual CMLL and AEW contract with both agreements running concurrently through 2026 and into 2027 at which point it is believed that her AEW contact expires.
