-- Former WWE wrestler Scrypts, who also went by Reggie and Reginald in the promotion, was announced recently as departing WWE after his contract expires at the end of May. He had expressed interest in remaining in the wrestling industry and today it was announced that he will be making his debut for GameChanger Wrestling (GCW) for two dates in June and one in July. He will be wrestling under the name Sidney Akeem.
-- Scrypts actually remains under WWE contract until June 1 at which time his current agreement expires. WWE had let him know that they wouldn't be extending his deal or negotiating a new one which is why he simply has to wait for his contract to expire with no associated non-compete clause.
