Karl Anderson has hit a personal milestone, one the former WWE star is quite proud of.
During an episode of Talk N Shop, Anderson raised revealed to his fans that he is 500 days sober from alcohol.
"The Machine Gun is like 500-something days stone-cold sober. I feel great. Next level, not drinking beer. I feel great. My health is through the roof. I was one of the best wrestlers around anyway, I just never got credit for it. I was one of the best wrestlers ever and I was hungover half the time. Now that I'm not ever hungover, I feel like I'm 22 again. That's a fucking shoot, hoot," said Anderson.
Currently on the mend from a torn rotator cuff and a partially torn labrum, Anderson is in recovery mode following surgery in November. Doctors estimate a six-to-nine-month timeline for his return.
Anderson, alongside his tag partner Luke Gallows, was released from WWE in February.
