Location Revealed For IMPACT’s TV Tapings And Possible IMPACT Plus Special For This Summer

Fightful Select reports that IMPACT Wrestling is set to make their return to Philadelphia this summer at the 2300 Arena for a TV Taping and a possible IMPACT Plus special. The 2300 Arena, which was known as the ECW Arena, was the site of the company's television tapings this past March and the venue of a number of past IMPACT Wrestling PPV Events such as the 2099 TNA Lockdown Event and the 2011 Bound For Glory Event. The report also states that IMPACT Wrestling could be making their return to the 10,200-seat Liacouras Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, but that has yet to be confirmed.

The company started to hold events once again in Philadelphia in May 2019 and word is that there were tentative plans to return to the 2300 Arena in Philadelphia before the COVID-19 pandemic halted those plans. There's no word yet on how long IMPACT plans to hold tapings and other events from Philly, but the company is set to hold quite a number of tapings and special events between now and the Bound For Glory PPV Event on Saturday, October 8th.
