Moose, Josh Alexander Explain Their Differing In-Ring Styles Ahead Of IMPACT Rebellion Title Showdown

Josh Alexander and Moose have different styles and equally unique mindsets when it comes to handling business inside the squared circle to ensure they get their hand raised after the second bell sounds.

Both wrestling veterans spoke about this during a recent media conference call to promote their highly-anticipated showdown for the IMPACT World Championship at the IMPACT Wrestling Rebellion 2022 pay-per-view on Saturday, April 23, 2022 in Poughkeepsie, New York.

"The Walking Weapon" spoke about his belief that no other wrestler has the gas tank that he does, specifically pointing out that in his opinion, the longer the championship clash with "The Wrestling God" lasts, the better his chances are of getting the "W."

"I can’t really say what my strategy is going to be going into the match specifically, but I can say that throughout my entire 17-year career, no matter who I’ve been in the ring with, over 1,500 matches, I’ve yet to meet a single-competitor that has a bigger gas tank than me in that ring. So I don’t care how much of a division one football player athlete Moose was in his heyday, when it comes to being a professional wrestler in that 20 by 20 squared circle, I don’t think he can match me as time keeps going. So I think that works to my advantage yes."

When the same subject was brought up to Moose, the reigning and defending IMPACT World Champion, an additional note was mentioned by the caller regarding the fact that since capturing the title, he has yet to have an actual lengthy match-up.

"Because I haven’t needed to go thirty or forty minutes," said Moose. "I don’t need thirty. That’s why you haven’t seen it. You want a gameplan? I’m going to hit Josh very hard. That’s my gameplan."
