-- The Sasha Banks and Naomi situation has dominated headlines for much of the last two days and it goes without saying that there are several details that are still yet to be known. Fightfulselect.com has some additional notes on the incident re-iterating that Naomi was scheduled to win the original Six Pack Challenge, but was not supposed to engage with Sasha Banks in any way. The same was also true of the other tag team in the match - Nikki A.S.H. and Doudrop. The match itself was expected to last three segments - longer than anything else on Raw and there was also several segments scripted to help set that match up. It was also confirmed that Naomi, who would have become the #1 contender to the Raw women's title, would go onto lose to Bianca Belair at Hell in a Cell.
-- WWE's statement, which they sent out very quickly, suggested that the reason Banks and Naomi walked out of Raw was because they felt unsafe or at the least uncomfortable working with two of the four remaining competitors in the Six Pack Challenge. However, sources indicate this isn't correct and the main reason the two left Raw is because of the creative surrounding the tag team titles that they hold, specifically that the belts would be massively de-emphasized in the coming weeks before and after Hell in a Cell. The two were also said to be very vocal about WWE creative developing more stories within the women's tag team division.
-- Vince McMahon, after being told that Banks and Naomi, had abandoned their match, decided to reference the incident and was said to be feeding lines throughout the night. While it can't be confirmed, it is believed the line that Corey Graves delivered criticizing Banks and Naomi's decision to leave was very likely a Vince decision. There was said to be no internal heat on Graves or any of the other commentators as most chalked it up to them "just doing their job." Finally, the report adds that while things are still changing, nobody backstage expects WWE to release either woman though everyone agrees that this is not a storyline or work, as some online conspiracy theorists have been pushing.
