MSK, Raquel Gonzalez & Dakota Kai Win 2021 NXT Dusty Rhodes Tag-Team Classic Tournaments (Videos)

The winners of the men's and first-ever women's NXT Dusty Rhodes Tag-Team Classic Tournaments were crowned on Sunday evening.

At the NXT TakeOver: Vengeance Day 2021 special event from the Capitol Wrestling Center in Orlando, Florida on Sunday, February 14, 2021, the team of Raquel Gonzalez and Dakota Kai became the first-ever winners of the inaugural NXT Dusty Rhodes Women's Tag-Team Classic Tournament.

The duo of Gonzalez and Kai defeated the other tourney finalists, Shotzi Blackheart and Ember Moon, in the opening contest at the NXT TakeOver: Vengeance Day 2021 special event on Sunday night.

Later in the show, the team of MSK -- Wes Lee and Nash Carter -- emerged victorious in their showdown against The Grizzled Young Veterans -- Zack Gibson and James Drake.

With the win, MSK became the winners of the 2021 NXT Dusty Rhodes Tag-Team Classic Tournament, the sixth in men's Dusty Classic history. The loss for The Grizzled Young Veterans marked the second year in a row that they made it all the way to the finals of the tourney, only to come up short when it counts the most.
