Naomichi Marufuji Pulled From Pro Wrestling NOAH's Event Later Today Due To Knee Pain

An announcement was recently made by Pro Wrestling NOAH that Naomichi Marufuji, a wrestling legend as well as a top star in the company, has been pulled from their event, which is set to take place later today from the Club Citta in Kawasaki, Japan, due to knee pain.

Marufuji was set to team with Satoshi Kojima and Atsushi Kotoge to battle Go Shiozaki, Daisuke Harada and Shuhei Taniguchi in a 6-Man Tag Team Match, but Marufuji will now be replaced by Mohammed Yone.

“Naomichi Marufuji, who was scheduled to participate in the May 30 event at Kawasaki Club Citta, will not be participating due to knee pain. Therefore, part of the match card will be changed. We apologize for any inconvenience and concern this may cause to fans and other concerned parties, and ask for your understanding.”
