Following this week's Wednesday, March 31, 2021 edition of WWE NXT on USA Network, an 11-Man Battle Royal main event match was held to determine the order of the entrants for the Gauntlet Eliminator match at WWE NXT "Takeover: Stand and Deliver".
Originally scheduled as a 12-Man Battle Royal, Roderick Strong removed himself from the match after leaving the venue due to a disappointing loss to Cameron Grimes earlier in the evening. The main event finally began as Isaiah "Swerve" Scott was the first out, followed by the remaining ten competitors which included Jake Atlas, Leon Ruff, Austin Theory, Tyler Rust, Dexter Lumis, Kushida, Cameron Grimes, Pete Dunne, Bronson Reed, and LA Knight.
Ultimately the Battle Royal was won by LA Knight, which earned him the last entrant spot for the Gauntlet Eliminator match set to take place during Night One of NXT "Takeover: Stand and Deliver".
The following order of entrants for the Gauntlet Elimination match at NXT "Takeover: Stand and Deliver (Night One)" has been confirmed:
Entrant 1 - Leon Ruff
Entrant 2 - Isaiah “Swerve” Scott
Entrant 3 - Bronson Reed
Entrant 4 - Cameron Grimes
Entrant 5 - Dexter Lumis
Entrant 6 - LA Knight
The winner of the NXT "Takeover: Stand and Deliver (Night One)" Gauntlet Eliminator match will then advance to the following night at NXT "Takeover: Stand and Deliver (Night Two)" where they will challenge NXT North American Champion Johnny Gargano for his current title.
