Recently Released WWE Star Chelsea Green Files For A New Trademark

This past April 21st, former WWE Superstar Chelsea Green filed a new trademark with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (the USPTO) for merchandise and general entertainment & pro wrestling use with the assistance of Michael E. Dockins, who has helped a number of wrestlers file their trademarks in the past as well.

Chelsea Green filed to trademark the term "50 Shades of Green," but there is no word yet on where she plans to use this trademark filing. Updates will be provided once it has been made available.

Below is the use description Chelsea Green submitted to the USPTO for the term "50 Shades of Green":

“G & S: Hats; Leggings; Shirts; Socks; Bandanas; Sweatshirts; Hooded sweatshirts”, as well as “G & S: Entertainment services, namely, live appearances by a professional wrestling, sports entertainment, and podcast personality; Entertainment services, namely, personal appearances by a professional wrestling, sports entertainment, and podcast personality; Entertainment services, namely, providing podcasts in the field of professional wrestling, pop culture, fashion, current events, and relationships; Entertainment services, namely, providing video podcasts in the field of professional wrestling, pop culture, fashion, current events, and relationships; Providing online interviews featuring a professional wrestling, sports entertainment, and podcast personality in the field of professional wrestling, pop culture, fashion, current events, and relationships for entertainment purposes.”

Green was among the WWE Superstars recently released, along with Samoa Joe, Peyton Royce, Billie Kay, Mojo Rawley, Mickie James, Bo Dallas, Wesley Blake, Tucker and Kalisto. Chelsea Green is under a 90-day non-compete clause with the WWE until July 14th.
