Monday Night Raw Quick Recap for 4/26/2021

Matches Tonight: 7
  • Braun Strowman defeated T-BAR & Mace in a Two-on-One Handicapped match by disqualification. They at one point quit bothering with tags and refused to let Braun out of the corner at the ref's demand.
  • For the second week in a row, T-BAR & Mace (now wearing streaks of paint, not masks) defeated Braun Strowman & Drew McIntyre by count-out.
  • Damian Priest & the New Day defeated the team of the Miz, Elias & Ryker.
  • For the first time ever, team R-K-Bro (Orton & Riddle) competed. They defeated the team of Cedric Benjamin & Shelton Alexander and, shockingly, Orton didn't turn on Riddle..
  • In Six-Woman tag action, Raw Women's Champion Rhea Ripley and Women's Tag Champions Nia Jax & Shayna Baszler defeated Asuka, Lana & Naomi.
  • Charlotte Flair defeated Mandy Rose in singles action. The match was made by Rose's ex-bestie and Flair's apparently new-bestie, Sonya Deville.
  • In our main event match, Braun Strowman defeated Drew McIntyre in a very physical and very good match to win a spot in the WWE Championship match at WrestleMania: Backlash. It will now be a triple-threat match.
Miscellaneous Non-Match Segments of Note:
  • Drew McIntyre & Braun Strowman teased both heat and potential friendship. I don't know how else to summarize it.
  • There was a rotten tomato ending to MizTV (just watch it, it's worth seeing).
  • Sonya Deville let the indefinitely-suspended Charlotte Flair into the building. Later in the ring, Sonya had Charlotte apologize to the ref (Eddie Orengo) about last week's brutal beating at the hands of the queen. He accepted her apology and she then made him apologize for making a mistake/bad call last week. He was then told he'll be the referee during Charlotte Flair's match later in the evening.
  • Like last week, Sheamus issued an open challenge...but not for his US title. And like last week, Humberto Carrillo answered the call. Despite Sheamus ambushing him for the second week in a row, Carrillo fought free and humiliated Sheamus with a series of dropkicks and a suicide dive before walking off to the back.
  • Randy Orton decided to take Riddle up on his offer from last week, and tonight was birthed the tag team: R-K-Bro.
  • Several feuds were progressed, but anything of note is noted here. The rest was filler.
  • Alexa Bliss announced "Lily" (her evil doll) is tired of sitting around and wants to play with the rest of the WWE. She then says "the Lily made me do it." Bliss will be returning to ring action as soon as next week, possibly.
  • Mace & T-BAR arrived at the end of the main event, causing Drew to lose to Braun, before running off again.
