The WWE Speed Championship has changed hands.
On Friday, the latest episode of WWE Speed on X premiered and featured a title tilt between the first-ever WWE Speed Champion Ricochet, and the man who earned a shot at him by going through a contender tournament, Andrade.
In the match, which had a five-minute time limit, lasted just over four minutes, with Andrade hitting a double-underhook neck-breaker for the pin fall victory.
With the victory, Andrade becomes just the second-ever WWE Speed Champion.
As always is the case with title changes, the WWE Chief Content Officer Paul "Triple H" Levesque posed for a photo with the new champion backstage and shared it on his official X account.
"Congratulations to Andrade on capturing the WWE Speed Championship and ushering in the next chapter of WWE Speed," Levesque wrote. "Now, we just need to find his first challenger..."
