WWE returns to the Capitol Wrestling Center in Orlando, Florida this evening for this week's episode of WWE NXT on the USA Network.
Ahead of the weekly two-hour NXT on USA program, which this week features the fallout from this past Sunday night's WWE NXT Vengeance Day 2024 premium live event in Clarksville, TN., Fightful Select are reporting the following items are scheduled for the show tonight at 8/7c:
* There will be a promo segment with NXT World Champion Ilja Dragunov, who will get interrupted by Dijak, leading to a match between the two as the main event for the show.
* "The Wolf Dogs" duo of Bron Breakker and Baron Corbin will not only have their 2024 Dusty Classic Celebration, but will also be on special guest commentary during the Dragunov-Dijak main event.
* Also getting involved in the main event this evening between "The Mad Dragon" and Dijak will be Joe Gacy, Dijak's opponent from the No Disqualification match at this past Sunday's WWE NXT PLE.
* Byron Saxton is set to do commentary tonight in place of Booker T, who is still on the sidelines following a medical procedure.
* WWE NXT World Tag-Team Champions The D'Angelo Family will be on the show tonight in some capacity.
