Several Matches Set For Next Week's NXT, Diamond Mine To Debut

Next week's episode of NXT is shaping up to be one of the most loaded cards from top to bottom with a number of matches being announced as well as the debut of the highly-anticipated Diamond Mine. A one-on-one match between Kyle O'Reilly and NXT Cruiserweight Champion Kushida has been set for next week, with the match being a Non-Title encounter after Kushida successfully retained his title against Trey Baxter on last night's show. O’Reilly then made his way down the ring to challenge Kushida to a match on next week’s show, which Kushida accepted.

O'Reilly's opponent for the Great American Bash Adam Cole will also be in action on next week's show, but it has not yet been revealed who he will face. It was also announced that Hit Row Records will be in Tag Team action as they take on Ever-Rise in a match that will likely see the duo of Top Dolla and Ashante “Thee” Adonis represent Hit Row against Matt Martel and Chase Parker of Ever-Rise, but Isaiah “Swerve” Scott may also be in action.

Next week's WWE NXT episode will also see Franky Monet compete in a match in what she calls an encore of her World Premiere, which is what her in-ring debut was billed as. There is no word yet on who she will face on next week's show, but she appeared in a backstage segment on last night’s episode of NXT and said that fans are demanding more Monet, that is why she will give them what they want next week.

The debut of the highly-anticipated MMA-themed Diamond Mine will also be featured on next week's show as a new video vignette aired on last night's show, which said it will be “opening next week.” It has not been revealed yet what the WWE has planned for Diamond Mine, but updates will be provided once it is made available.
