Shane "Swerve" Strickland got to stand on the pitcher's mound inside loanDepot Park in Miami, Florida on Sunday afternoon.

The MLB's Miami Marlins (22-30) franchise played the first of their scheduled double-header inside their home venue in Miami-Dade County this afternoon, dropping a game to the San Francisco Giants (29-24).

Prior to the game getting started, the aforementioned AEW star and former WWE Superstar known as Isiah "Swerve" Scott of the Hit Row faction took to the pitcher's mound to throw out the honorary first pitch.

After whizzing one down the line to the Marlins catcher, Strickland surfaced via social media to comment on experiencing the great honor of America's favorite pastime.
