Stephanie McMahon Talks Titus O'Neil/Warrior Award: "His Unwavering Passion To Help Others In Need Is Simply Unmatched"

When Titus O'Neil receives the Warrior Award honors at the WWE Hall Of Fame induction ceremony this week, it will be the first time a WWE Superstar has been the recipient.

As noted, WWE officially announced that O'Neil will be the Warrior Award recipient at the WWE Hall Of Fame induction ceremony scheduled as part of WrestleMania 37 Week.

Past Warrior Award recipients at WWE Hall Of Fame induction ceremonies included the inaugural recipient, eight year old cancer patient and WWE super-fan Connor "The Crusher" Michalek (2015), journalist Joan Lunden (2016), paralyzed football player Eric LeGrand (2017), 15-year old liver disease patient Jarrius "JJ" Robertson (2018), as well as Sue Aitchison, a longtime WWE employee who oversaw the company’s Make-A-Wish request (2019).

In a new feature at Tampa Bay Times covering the news of Titus O'Neil being announced as the 2020 Warrior Award recipient at the WWE Hall Of Fame induction ceremony for 2020 and 2021 during the WrestleMania 37 Week festivities, Stephanie McMahon spoke about the significance of O'Neil becoming the first WWE Superstar to be given the honor.

"Titus is a dedicated father, humanitarian and WWE Global Ambassador," said the WWE Chief Brand Officer. "His unwavering passion to help others in need is simply unmatched."
