Steve Austin Addresses Possibility Of Returning For One More Match In New WWE On FOX Interview

As noted, "Stone Cold" Steve Austin recently sat down for an extensive "1-on-1 with Ryan Satin" interview for FOX Sports to promote the upcoming new season of his reality series, "Straight Up Steve Austin" on the USA Network.

In addition to the highlights we posted previously from the interview, which featured "The Texas Rattlesnake" talking about his lack of enthusiasm for the Royal Rumble match itself, the WWE Hall Of Fame legend also touched on the topic that always comes up during interviews with the media -- the possibility of returning to the squared circle for "one more match" in WWE.

Featured below is an excerpt from the new "Ryan Satin 1-On-1 with 'Stone Cold' Steve Austin" interview for FOX Sports where the pro wrestling icon addresses his retirement status from in-ring competition.

"Man, [I'm] 100 percent [sure I'm done]. ‘Cause, you know, I’m still the biggest fan of the business that I was when I was seven years old changing the channels and stumbled across it; and then got the chance to learn it and have a pretty good run.

"So, I don’t want to do nothing else in the ring. I’m done. I’ve retired. Everybody knows that. I don’t need to go out there and drop anybody on a stack of dimes and give them stunners. Once in a year, once every two years, whatever. So, yes. This connection makes sense."
