TKO filed their annual proxy statement on Thursday and in it, the compensation for several notable executives were made public.
- TKO and Endeavor CEO Ari Emanuel raked in $67.4 million.
- TKO President Mark Shapiro made $42.6 million
- WWE President Nick Khan pulled in $24.3 million
Of note is that Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson who owns 386,231 shares of Class A stocks and former WWE CEO Vince McMahon, who owns 6,442,325 shares, making him the biggest individual shareholder.
