Two WWE Hall of Famers could be back on TV tonight on Smackdown.
The Bella Twins - Nikki and Brie - are backstage at tonight's WWE Friday Night Smackdown in Phoenix. The pair have not been seen since they went public with their desire to challenge for the WWE Women's tag team titles so it's very possible that a storyline could kick off tonight to set in motion plans for a match. The twins not only have been hinting at their appearance on tonight's show on social media but were spotted by fans at a local restaurant in Phoenix too.
This also comes on the heels of a recent report that suggested that WWE was tossing around ideas for multiple women's matches on the two night WrestleMania card that could bring the total to the highest number in the company's history. Either way, one would expect that the women's tag belts would be a match that finds its way onto the card.
Tonight on Smackdown, the women's tag team titles will be on the line as Nia Jax and Lash Legend defend against Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss.
