Wardlow vs. Brock Lesnar.
Is this the ingredients for the biggest money-match in the history of pro wrestling on national television?
The TNT Champion thinks so.
During a recent appearance on The Zaslow Show via Audacy's AM 560 Sports WQAM in Miami, Florida to promote the upcoming AEW ALL OUT 2022 pay-per-view and other related programming, the All Elite Wrestling star revealed a trio of names as his "dream match opponents."
Featured below are some of the highlights from the interview, where the home-grown AEW star also sounds off on the significance of the company's pay-per-views, due to the fact that they only have one every three to four months.
On who he considers to be his 'dream match opponents' in AEW and WWE: “Kenny Omega is very high on that list. Jon Moxley is also at the top of that list. I would say within AEW, it is Kenny Omega and Jon Moxley – I want those two more than anybody. Outside of that, it is the dream match. I always saw Wardlow versus [Brock] Lesnar to be the biggest money match in the history of national TV.”
On the significance of pay-per-views in AEW due to the fact that the company only runs one every quarter for an annual total of four: “I love how we do pay-per-view, that’s one of my favorite things about the company. When it’s time for the pay-per-view you know it’s going to be a big deal. We only have four throughout the year."
