Prior to last night's SmackDown from the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee, a dark match took place between WWE NXT Superstars LA Knight and Roderick Strong, in which LA Knight got a big win over Roderick Strong.
Immediately after last night's SmackDown from the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee came to a close, the dark main event saw Big E, Seth "Freakin" Rollins and Kevin Owens battle the WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns and SmackDown Tag Team Champions The Usos (Jimmy and Jey Uso) in 6-Man Tag Team action.
The dark main event was made after The Bloodline attacked Seth Rollins and Kevin Owens until Big E of the New Day made the save. Roman Reigns initially turned down the challenge of a 6-Man Tag Team Match after it was made, but Kevin Owens responded by calling The Tribal Chief a “little b---h,” which then led to a brawl. The match then began and Reigns was on the receiving end of a Stomp from Seth Rollins and that led to the babyfaces picking up the win.
