Alright, we're officially underway, as the Kickoff Show for night one of WrestleMania 38 has started.
Kayla Braxton welcomes us to the Kickoff Show and then introduces her fellow panelists, starting with Booker T.
Booker T talks about being excited for tonight, particularly because he's got his new fellow WWE Hall of Fame legend, his wife, Sharmell, inducted like she deserves.
They then introduce Kevin Patrick who addresses the rabid fans standing behind the pre-show panel. Then we get a look at JBL, who gets a loud pop followed by a "JBL! JBL! JBL!" chant from the aforementioned fans near the pre-show panel.
Now we go to our final pre-show panelists, none other than HOT 97 personality and WWE pre-show personality, former WWE 24/7 Champion DJ Peter Rosenberg.
Braxton then begins the process of running down the advertised matches and segments scheduled for tonight's night one of WrestleMania 38. They run down the lineup as the official match and segment graphics flash across the screen.
We shoot to our first elaborate video package telling the story leading up to a given match or segment on tonight's show as we look at the events that led up to tonight's women's title showdown between Becky Lynch and Bianca Belair.
From there, we return to the panel as the panelists give their insight and analysis into the title bout.
They move on to The KO Show segment with Kevin Owens and his special guest, WWE Hall of Fame legend "Stone Cold" Steve Austin. On that note, we head to our next in-depth video package telling the story leading up to a segment / match on tonight's night one special event.
After it wraps up, the panelists again weigh-in with their thoughts before sending it over to Matt Camp and the WWE The Bump crew who are with the fans outside of AT&T Stadium. They quickly check-in and then send it right back to the panelists.
Now we move on to a video package that looks at the big WrestleMania 38 set reveal inside AT&T Stadium earlier during WrestleMania 38 Weekend.
From there, we return back at the panel for some talk about the history of WrestleMania. JBL gets stuck making a college football reference over-and-over again.
We then look at the Shinsuke Nakamura & Rick Boogs vs. The Usos for the tag titles match video package. The panelists return to give their thoughts on this bout.
Then we shoot to a live backstage interview with Seth "Freakin'" Rollins. He's got a ton of energy and he hypes his match against "T.B.A." on tonight's show. We then head back to the panel where the pre-show hype continues with the panelists.
Tik Tok star and social media personality Josh Richards joins the pre-show panel after we see a special in-depth video package that recapped the WWE Hall of Fame induction ceremony on Friday night.
The video showed a little bit of all of the inductees speeches, as well as a detailed look at the induction of The Undertaker.
For the second time, the video package detailing the build-up to The KO Show segment with Kevin Owens and "Stone Cold" Steve Austin airs.
We shoot back live to Jackie with the fans, however she didn't get her signal or there was a technical issue of some kind, so we shoot right back to the panel where Braxton leads the panelists in a discussion about The KO Show segment scheduled for tonight's night one special event.
Booker T predicts it will be the Shucky-Ducky Quack Quack moment of the night when "The Texas Rattlesnake" returns. Peter Rosenberg admits he'll be cheering like a super fan as well when Austin comes out.
Things are sent over to Jackie again and this time she interviews some fans as they head into the AT&T Stadium for tonight's show.
After this, we see the build-up to Roman Reigns vs. Brock Lesnar in a video package. We return to the panel and they set up the video to tell the story of The Miz & Logan Paul vs. Rey & Dominik Mysterio for tonight's show.
Once the video package wraps up, we go back to the pre-show panel where the panelists are joined by emerging boxing star and social media mega-star Jake Paul.
The fans get on his case big-time, chanting "F*ck Jake Paul!" and other negative chants aimed at the brother of Logan Paul.
At one point, Jake pops up and threatens to fight some of the fans ragging him, noting he knocks people like them out. We head to a quick commercial break after this.
Kevin Patrick is back in his seat when we return, as Jake Paul's visit to the pre-show panel has ended.
They run down their thoughts on the Sheamus & Ridge Holland vs. New Day match before sending us into a segment from five weeks ago on SmackDown when this rivalry began getting serious.
After a backstage interview segment with Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods promoting their showdown against Sheamus and Ridge Holland, with Butch in their corner, we head to a special message from Big E. about the recovery of his broken neck.
We return from another quick commercial time out to a look at the Drew McIntyre vs. Happy Corbin match. Now Madcap Moss joins the panel as special guest. They talk to him about the aforementioned match a bit and then wrap up.
Now we head down to the entrance area at the top of the aisle/ramp inside AT&T Stadium where Titus O'Neil is shown holding a mic. He announces that WWE will be giving $20,000 to a number of different organizations that Titus O'Neil mentions on the mic to the entire packed house inside AT&T Stadium.
After this, we take another quick commercial break and then we head to the fan zone for some more comments from members of the WWE Universe in attendance at tonight's show.
From there, we head back to the panel, who send us into another elaborate pre-match video package for tonight. This video looks at the story leading up to tonight's Ronda Rousey vs. Charlotte Flair match for the women's title.
Akbar Gbajabiamila joins the panel to help break down the Rousey-Charlotte match after the video package wraps up, and after Jerry Lawler cuts in with a bad knock knock joke about Booker T asking too many questions.
He helps them finish up the rest of the Kickoff Show and then the pre-show wraps up and we get ready for the actual main show for WrestleMania 38: Night One.
The show begins with a cold open of a performance of "America the Beautiful" and then the actual start of the show begins.
