As previously reported, WWE recently released the Velveteen Dream from his NXT contract, but there is no word yet on the details surrounding his release. Soon after the major announcement was made of the Velveteen Dream's release, Longtime WWE artist Rob Schamberger took to Twitter to react to the news.
According to Rob, the Velveteen Dream was the single most unprofessional person he has encountered in this business and that he needs to start doing the emotional work to become a better person.
Rob Schamberger wrote, "Without saying anything further: He was the single most unprofessional person I’ve encountered in this business. I hope this is the wake up call he needs to start doing the emotional work to become a better person. All told."
Schamberger mostly works on WWE merch, including t-shirt designs. He is also the host of the Canvas 2 Canvas YouTube show, where he unveils new portraits of past and current professional wrestlers. Dream signed with WWE in October 2015 after appearing on the sixth season of WWE Tough Enough early in that year. Dream last wrestled for the WWE during the December 23rd episode of NXT where he lost a Singles Match to Adam Cole.
