WWE Files To Trademark New Ring Names Of Up And Coming NXT Stars

It was previously reported that several WWE NXT 2.0 Stars had their in-ring names changed by the WWE, including Mei Ying of Tian Sha (A.K.A. Karen Q). Some of these new in-ring names include Mila Malani, Wendy Choo, Will Charlton, Olympe Margaux, Chip Danning, Joey Tofino and Die Familie. Mei Ying, who's part of the Tian Sha faction with Xia Li and Boa, had her Mei Ying character dropped and she will now be known as Wendy Choo.

This past November 15th, WWE filed to trademark these new in-ring names with the USPTO (United States Patent and Trademark Office) for entertainment services.
