WWE Files To Trademark A Term Related To Randy Orton

This past March 28, WWE filed to trademark the "RKO" term with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (the USPTO) for toys purposes. "RKO" is the finishing maneuver WWE legend Randy Orton has been using for a long time now. Randy Orton became the youngest world champion in WWE history after he won the World Heavyweight Championship at the age of 24.

Randy Orton has held the WWE Championship 10 times and the WWE World Heavyweight Championship 4 times for a total of 14 championships. Orton has also won the 2013 Money in the Bank Ladder Match and he is also a two-time Royal Rumble Match winner in 2009 and 2017. Randy Orton has headlined several Premium Live Events as well, including WrestleMania 25 and WrestleMania XXX.
