WWE Hall Of Famer Rikishi Shares Frustration On Rising Ticket Prices To WWE Events

WWE fans have noticed and complained about rising ticket prices for live events ever since TKO took ownership of the company and in recent times, wrestlers have also acknowledged the issue noting how difficult it is now to get "comp" tickets for their family and friends.

You can add WWE Hall of Famer Rikishi's name to the growing list of people frustrated with the sky-high ticket prices and he had the following to say on his podcast:

"The ticket prices with TKO. They would usually call me for tickets, but it's too difficult now. There are a lot of loopholes you have to go through. Even though I'm not with the company, I'm in a Legends Contract. You would think that family members and friends, close friends, you still have those comp tickets, but there is no comp tickets. I can probably try to get like it discounted but what’s a discount nowadays, like, $1,000 a ticket? That’s still, for a family of five and a man working 9 to 5 through the whole week, and the whole family loves wrestling, it’s very difficult to be able to take a family to events."

"I know back in the day for us, man, you had tickets like $25, $50. I don’t know, front row seat was 75 or something like that. But now, boy, you really got to hit the lottery to even sit up in the nosebleeds, right? At least that is what I hear from the wrestling fans, they come and complain to me about it."
