WWE Has Begun Discussing Plans To Re-Introduce Roman Reigns Into Storylines

WWE is quickly coming upon their second biggest event of the year in SummerSlam and one top star has been notably absent but probably not for that much longer.

The WrestleVotes X account reported today that Roman Reigns' return is on the horizon, noting that the former Universal Champion's name has been popping up internally over the last few weeks, presumably on the creative side. With SummerSlam drawing nearer, that would signal that the "wheels are in motion" for Roman to return soon.

On WrestleVotes Radio, it was shared that WWE has created new marketing and merchandise ahead of Reigns' return and there was some pitches to bring him back at Night of Champions this weekend. Ultimately though the decision was made to hold off on that and instead feature his return in the period after that event but before SummerSlam, where Roman is expected to play a pivotal role.

In another report by the same outlet, it was speculated that Reigns return creatively could be away from the Bloodline group and instead see him involved with Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu, with a possibility that he aligns with Fatu.
