WWE legend John Cena may be on his way back to the company as there were reports circling around that his return will take place alongside the WWE’s return to the road this coming July, starting with the Money In the Bank PPV Weekend. According to reports, the return of John Cena is still being discussed for the first show the company will have with fans back in the crowd, which is the July 16 edition of WWE SmackDown set to take place from the Toyota Center in Houston, Texas.

The tour will continue with the Money In the Bank PPV on Sunday, July 18 at the Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, and a live RAW on July 19 from the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas.
Tickets for those three shows are set to go on sale this coming Wednesday, and WWE will be announcing the rest of the dates in the coming weeks. WWE's 25-city tour is set to end on Monday, September 6th, which is on Labor Day.
John Cena last competed for the WWE at WrestleMania 36 when he lost a Firefly Fun House Match to "The Fiend" Bray Wyatt. It was previously announced that Cena will executive produce and narrate a new WWE Evil series for Peacock and the WWE Network.
