-- PWInsider.com claims that WWE only made the decision to change next month's PPV from Money in the Bank to Hell in a Cell within the last week. WWE has historically held Money in the Bank in the two or three months after WrestleMania but have instead replaced with Hell in a Cell, which has taken place almost exclusively in October. It's unclear if the two PPVs have simply swapped places or if there are more changes coming.
