WWE Monday Night Raw Quick Recap for 10/26/2020
For those of you who want just the quick results and don't want the details of matches, this is a quick recap of tonight's show. As always, there are spoilers for tonight's show below.
- In a Team Raw/Survivor Series qualifier, AJ Styles defeated Jeff Hardy by pinfall after landing the Phenomenal Forearm. Elias attacked Jeff Hardy with a guitar afterwards.
- Drew Gulak teamed with Akira Tozawa and battled Lucha House Party (Dorado, Metallik). The match ended with Lucha House Party picking up the win (special thanks to Joseph Tancredi!) Post match saw the four competitors leave the ring to attack R-Truth, who'd come down to the ring mid-match. R-Truth retained his 24/7 title despite over a dozen attempted pins on him all the way up the ramp.
- In a Team Raw/Survivor Series qualifier, Keith Lee defeated Elias by way of pinfall after nailing the Spirit Bomb.
- The Hurt Business defeated Retribution in an 8-man tag team elimination match. Shelton Benjamin and Cedric Alexander were the two left standing.
- Drew McIntyre defeated the Miz by pinfall following a Claymore.
- Three champion vs champion matches are announced for Survivor Series (no, not a typo). Asuka vs Sasha Banks, Randy Orton vs Roman Reigns, and the New Day vs Street Profits have been announced.
- Four women were announced for Team Raw: the undefeated tag teams of Shayna Baszler & Nia Jax, and Dana Brooke & Mandy Rose.
- Lana won a fatal four-way against Lacey Evans, Peyton Royce, and Nikki Cross to become the fifth member of the women's Team Raw team. She was then put through the announcer's table for a sixth week in a row by Nia Jax.
- In a Team Raw/Survivor Series qualifier, Matt Riddle battled Sheamus in our final match of the night. Sheamus won and is the third member of Team Raw.
- A Moment of Bliss ended with McIntyre brawling with Orton as the Fiend looked on.
