-- WWE producer Bobby Roode was spotted at WWE Headquarters in Stamford last week. PWInsiderelite.com reports that Roode has been garnering significant backstage praise for his work as of late, especially since he has been stepping into the role vacated by the temporary absence of Michael Hayes. Hayes had previously been responsible for working on most of WWE's main events but has been taking time off to deal with a personal situation (believed to be medical in nature) forcing Roode to cover. Hayes is expected back soon.
-- Several WWE NXT personalities including Matt Bloom, Brogan Finley and Wren Sinclair were in Los Angeles over the weekend, very likely to participate in something connected with the CW Network.
-- Becky Lynch appeared on Vulturefest over the weekend and strongly implied that she would be returning to WWE soon without explicitly stating it. PWInsiderelite.com doubled down on their earlier report by stating that sources still maintain that Lynch will be back on WWE TV and engaged in storylines by the time Raw moves over to Netflix. That would imply that she will be back by January which would make sense as it would also give WWE plenty of time to build towards any potential WrestleMania match. Lynch left WWE after letting her contract expire but it was always assumed she would be back after a break and some sources believe she may have already signed a new, lucrative deal to remain with WWE for many years to come.
