WWE Releases NXT Superstar For A Second Time

WWE recently released a total of 13 Superstars from the NXT and 205 Live brands, including Tony Nese, Ariya Daivari, August Grey, Ever-Rise (Chase Parker and Matt Martel), The Bollywood Boyz (Sunil Singh and Samir Singh), Killian Dain, Arturo Ruas, Curt Stallion, Fandango, Tyler Breeze and Marina Shafir. According to Sean Ross Sapp, WWE has also released NXT Star Tino Sabbatelli.

This is reportedly not the first time WWE has released Tino Sabbatelli from his contract as after the NXT Star signed with the WWE in October of 2014, Sabbatelli was released in April of 2020. In October of 2020, Sabbatelli was re-hired by the WWE, but he never competed in a match or even appeared in any show. Sabbatelli last competed for NXT on a March 7th, 2020 NXT live event, when he lost a one-on-one match to Rick Boogs. Tino Sabbatelli is reportedly the final talent released, at least from the WWE's recent talent cuts.
