According to Fightful Select, long-time ROH stars The Righteous, consisting of Vincent and Dutch, have informed several promoters that they will be wrapping up their independent dates in the coming months. Reports from backstage at WWE suggest that there is interest in these seasoned pro wrestling veterans, and many believe they are likely to be signed by WWE.
WWE had previously shown interest in Vincent and Dutch, who participated in the company's tryouts in December 2022, just before Vince McMahon's return led to a hiring freeze following the sale of the company. The Righteous subsequently signed with AEW/ROH but parted ways with the company in May.
