WWE Star Breaks Silence On His Return To TV At AAA’s Lucha Libre Show

Santos Escobar made his return to television during the debut of AAA's Lucha Libre On Fox Latin America last Saturday night, when he attacked El Hijo de Dr. Wagner Jr. This marks his first appearance on TV since he re-signed with WWE just two days after his contract with the company expired.

Escobar has also appeared in a video recently posted on the official WWE YouTube channel, where he discussed his surprise return.

During the video, Escobar held his El Fantasma mask and turned to the camera, saying, “What do you want? You want to know something about me now? Six months I was away. Not one question. I show up again. Nah, it doesn’t work like that. You want to know something about me? Now it’s on my time.”

After that, Escobar walked away into the parking lot. There is currently no information on when or where he will appear next, but updates will be provided as they become available. He previously left WWE in October after declining a lucrative contract offer, stating that he wanted a clear vision for his creative direction and didn't want to feel like he was “spinning his wheels” backstage.
