WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns has become one of the most dominant champions in WWE history when he passed the 301+ day mark of his WWE Universal Title reign. He is still behind Brock Lesnar's title reign of 504 days, but his dominance ever since he made his return has truly made him the face of the blue brand as well as the face of the WWE.
Roman Reigns took a hiatus before last year's WrestleMania 36 for personal reasons, but as soon as he made his return, he was given this new "Head Of The Table" and "Tribal Chief" character, which he has truly embodied and took to a different level. Ever since Reigns won the WWE Universal Title from Bray Wyatt at the 2020 WWE Payback PPV Event, he has beaten the likes of Rey Mysterio, Kevin Owens, Daniel Bryan, Jey Uso and WWE Hall of Famer Edge to retain his WWE Universal Championship.
Reigns' next WWE Universal Title defense will take place at the Money in the Bank PPV on Sunday, July 18th from the Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, Texas when he defends against WWE Hall of Famer Edge.
